2. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or reject an order due to product unavailability, incorrect information, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Cancellation

Order cancellation may be requested before dispatch, where available. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Failed deliveries or refused shipments may be treated as Return-to-Origin (RTO).

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Returns, refunds, and replacements are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. For any wrong, damaged, defective, missing, or disputed product claim, a clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory. Only orders supported by a valid unboxing video will be considered for return, replacement, or refund, subject to verification.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, provide false information, attempt unauthorized access, conduct fraudulent activities, or interfere with the website's operation.

7. Intellectual Property & Liability

8. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana, subject to applicable law.
